Please bring your basic sewing kit, favorite scissors, etc. and if possible, a sewing machine with a walking foot. Our greatest need at this time is for those who can quilt and bind the layered quilts. There will be a limited number of kits available for piecing. We always need volunteers who can match tops with backing fabric, cut batting and spray the completed tops. For those who do not bring a sewing machine, there is cutting, pressing and hand tying to be done. All fabric and other supplies will be provided.

AZB4K Board Meetings...


Our Board meetings are always open to visitors. We would love to have you attend especially if you want to explore joining the volunteers who make up our Board and Committees.

Meetings begin at 9 a.m. until business is complete (typically between 2 to 3 hours). We meet in the Community Room of the Chandler Police Department, located at 250 E. Chicago St. in Chandler (map). Below, please find the dates for our Board meetings in 2011.
